I was born in Gujarat but currently NRI. schooling from 4th grade onwards is abroad. do I qualify for 85% Gujarat quota for MBBS admission or i have only AIQ to apply for ? I studied in CBSE curriculum. my birth certificate issued from gujarat and my parents also are Gujarati.

If you are having a domicile certificate of Gujarat then you are eligible for 85% state quota counselling .

Yes you can apply in kerala for admission in private mbbs colleges. They allow all over India candidate's for 15% total mbbs seat in private colleges.

It's counselling happens through KEAM. Which registration have been done once earlier. But for neet Candidates it will most probably open once

Cut off for NEET generally depends on the result , but according to last year i have compared the cut off for both UP and Maharashtra and came to the conclusion that Maharashtra have   lower cut off  than UP .
