Although Ive completed my graduation this year and I am looking forward to neet 2022, and my eligible code for NEET form would be 02 as said by an expert here, will I face any problem even if I clear NEET and sit for mbbs counselling? Does the codes matter in counselling after clearance of exam?

No, As per the guidelines for NEET and NTA there is no any reservation for single girl child in India for MBBS admission. Single girl child reservation is applicable at State level Counselling where in few States like Punjab and Assam reserves few seats for single girl child.
