At any admission process 10th class marksheet date of birth should be used. There is no need to show your birth certificate in admission process of MBBS. The only 10th class marksheet date of birth is counted in every admission process.

Yes , doctors also have to make CV as C Vs are a valuable part of any doctors portfolio, no matter what grade or specialty and regardless of how you apply for jobs during your career.

You can fill them together. But you can get the scholarship from anyone of it. You can't keep on getting both the scholarship if selected.

Yes you can apply for both the scholarships as in India there is no limit as to the number of scholarships you can apply for unless one of the scholarships clearly mentions it in the eligibility criteria (like in case of Inspire fellowship).
