As you have not mentioned your category,state domicile and all india rank, it is difficult to predict.

Anyway generally speaking,according to previous years data, with 269 marks you cannot expect a conveyor quota medical seat in any state across the country.

No there is no lateral entry into MBBS after competition of Bsc Nursing, because this discussion was going on between the concerned officials of the government of India and they were planning to approve this so that lateral entry would be implemented but the decision is not approved
