To get seat in government college you must score 600+ . Although 568 is pretty good score you have chances of getting seat through state quota.

Sorry to say but there is no lateral entry in MBBS after BDS . You have to appear again for the NEET entrance exam to get admission in any MBbs college . So I will suggest you to work hard to get admission in MBBS college .

Going by last year's cutoffs and your score, it would be difficult to get a seat even in private Medical colleges with this score as last year the minimum cutoff score was 324 for SC Category and the respective college of Amaltas Institute of Medical Sciences while Index Medical College
