Hello Aspirant,
Even if you register on the SMMCH (Sikkim Manipal Medical College) website, you will still need to register separately for the Sikkim State NEET UG counselling. Usually registration on a college website is just for their internal process or expression of interest. Also, MBBS admissions are done strictly through the State counselling processes that are run by the Sikkim State Government, for instance.
As a general category non-domicile, you may be eligible under the management/NRI quota. Please be sure to refer to the Sikkim counselling authority official website for the eligibility, schedule, and registration conditions.
There are numerous deemed universities offering MBBS programs across Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Kerala, each with varying NIRF rankings, NEET UG All India Quota cut-off ranks (based on 2024 data), and approximate annual fees.
Some highly-ranked institutions include Christian Medical College, Vellore, Kasturba Medical College (Manipal & Mangalore), JSS Medical College, Mysore, and Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research, Chennai, among others.
DEEMED UNIVERSITY CUTOFF 2024 AIRs can range widely, with institutions like Kasturba Medical College, Manipal having a closing rank around 40258, while some colleges, such as Saveetha Medical College, Chennai, have closing ranks exceeding 570000.
Annual tuition fees for these deemed universities also vary significantly, generally falling within the range of 10,00,000 to 30,00,000, depending on the specific college, management quota, and other charges.
Hope it helps..

It can be disheartening to receive a supple in the first or second year of medical school, but it does not determine your future chances. The most important factor is how you recover — regain your subjects, develop your clinical skills, and pass your final exams and internship. Many great doctors have received a supple during this phase of education but went on to be successful in their PG entrance exams, gain great residencies, and develop great careers. Make progress in yourself, stay motivated, and learn from the experience — that development will represent for a countdown more than any supple does.
If you got an engineering seat through KCET 2024, and now want to take MBBS through NEET UG 2025, you will need to cancel the engineering seat at KEA before participating in MBBS counselling.
Cancellation Process: You can cancel your KCET seat either through the KEA portal, or you can visit the college to which you were allotted into and request a cancellation letter (apply for a cancellation letter).
Fine/Penalty:
Contact KEA and your current engineering college for confirmation of the exact penalty (if any) and obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) if it is necessary for the new MBBS admission.

With AIR 442959, MBBS seat is not possible in government colleges. You may get a seat in private medical colleges under management or NRI quota, but fees will be high.
With an OBC rank of 202975 in NEET, MBBS in government colleges is highly unlikely.
However:
Private colleges (especially in low-demand states) may still have some possibilities.
Deemed universities or management quota seats could be options, but fees will be high.
BDS (dental) seats are more likely with this rank.
Consider AYUSH courses (like BAMS, BHMS) if you're open to alternatives.
TMV does not officially publish past-year BPT entrance papers online. But you can find similar model/sample papers to help you prepare :
General physiotherapy entrance sample papers , such as those on Scribd covering anatomy, physiology etc.
Sample papers from other universities (e.g., Sri Sri University BPT entrance) that follow a similar pattern.
Hope it helps !
