With your rank of AIR 1,05,000 and EWS rank of 13,000, there is an extremely low chance of you getting an MBBS seat in a government college. You do have a chance of getting a seat in private colleges, through management quota and BDS (if you want to chancge the course but still want to remain in the medicine field) seats in later rounds.
