Due to really tough competition you have a very slim chance of getting into a government college even with OBC quota.

You have a better chance of getting a seat through the state quota though.

I would like to tell you that the qualifying marks for NEET 2020 are the 50th Percentile for the General Category which is equal to 134 and for the SC ,ST and OBC category it is 40th Percentile which is equal to 133 marks.
