If we consider the previous years statistics and also the fact that the cutoff marks is increasing every year,there is very less possibility that you can get a government MBBS or BDS seat with 429 marks in UR category in your state.

Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Andhra Pradesh according to your profile and category as general.

So on such marks and category you have good chances of getting Private medical colleges in Andhra Pradesh under state quota according to previous year's cut-off.
