MBBS seats
Dear aspirant,
According to your question and taking into consideration that you want to know about the number of seats in telengana for mbbs.
As per my knowledge the total number of seats in telengana state for mbbs seats is around 5000 ,but every year the seats may vary as some of the colleges increase seats.
Dear candidate
Any OBC certificate holder which comes under non- creamy layer get advantage of the reserved seats or otherwise creamy layer candidate doesn't get benefits of it they are same as general. If your parents income are less than 8 lakh/annum then you are eligible for non- creamy layer. OBC- NCL gets 27% reservation for their caste in AIQ and state quota counseling.
Hope it helps you

Hello Student,
Your OBC Certificate of Haryana is Valid only for Haryana State Counselling.
In NEET-UG Central Counselling, if your caste JAT included in OBC NCL Category then you need to obtain another OBC NCL Certificate from the concerned authorities. For this detailed information is provided in NTA NEET-UG Brochure 2020, Download the Brochure of NTA NEET-UG 2020, Go on the Page no.84 Appendix XI download the pro forma (Form) of OBC NCL Certificate and Fill it and get is signed and attested by concerned Authorities.
In Delhi NCT Jat included under OBC Category. But as far as I know in Central list JAT doesn't included in OBC NCL Category so you can not claim reservation in Central Government Institutions and Institutions of Other State, if you want to take admission in Delhi then you need to obtain OBC Certificate from Delhi Government but you are not a Resident of Delhi so they will not give you OBC Certificate. So your current OBC Certificate is valid only for Harayana State.
This is the Official link of National Commission for Backward Classes: http://www.ncbc.nic.in/user_panel/centralliststateview.aspx you can check that in Haryana list, JAT doesn't included in OBC NCL Central list.

Maharashtra has about 3160 medical seats for open category candidates for UG course. As per officials, the additional seats have been calculated to ensure the total number of seats in open category must be almost similar which existed before the execution of 10% EWS quota and 16% SEBC quota.
