Firstly congrats for such an amazing score.Yes with these score you can get seat in government medical college.as per last years cutoff 560 and above was considered a safe score to get seat in government college through All India Quota. You can get seat through state level quota.
GMCs might be tad difficult with this rank. You might get Deemed Universities. This is because compared to 2019, the NEET 2020 cut offs have changed considerably higher than expected. With the top score being 720 which is 19 marks greater than 2019's top score, it is difficult to predict
