will ipu registration be available for mbbs seats after neet 2020?

Abhishek Khurana 24th Sep, 2020

Hello Student

The IPU registration form was released on March 1,2020 and it was closed on march 31,2020 to get the complete information about the form you  can refer to this article:-

https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/ipu-mbbs-admission

Here you will get all the information about the application procedure.

This was the thing available on the internet, now i would like to add a little manual touch to this ,the collages coming under ipu in medical are:-

1.VMMC

2. NDMC and Hindu Rao Hospital

3.ACMS

4.DBSA COLLAGE AND HOSPITAL

But now the question arises that if u have not filled the form then i would like to tell you that the form is just to increase your chances of getting the collage but if you score well then you can easily get these collages without filling the form like i know a person who got air =70 in NEET and easily got VMMC without the filling the form also .so do not worry and hope for the best.

Thank You.

Process of admission in NRI Quota MBBS Seats in Various MEdical Colleges

Era Madaria 22nd Sep, 2020
Hi Student

Is there an NRI quota in NEET?

There is no NRI quota in NEET exam but candidates can apply in NRI category if they are eligible. There is an NRI quota in some government/ private medical colleges where admission is on the basis of merit list in NEET-UG.

Who is eligible for the NRI quota in NEET/ Medical colleges?

An NRI student, or whose parents are NRIs, or NRI sponsored where anyone in blood relation (first degree), are eligible for NRI quota in medical colleges subject to rules and regulations framed by the respective State Governments, Institutions and the Government of India.

How to apply for NRI quota in NEET?

You have to apply for the NRI quota during the state counselling after the NEET results. NRI quota seats in government and private medical colleges are offered at state level only.

How can I get admission in MBBS through NRI quota?

You can get admission in MBBS through NRI quota by clearingNEET exam, and in counselling, apply in medical college where NRI quota seats are available. JIPMER and few government/ private medical colleges offer MBBS seats for NRI/ OCI students.

Anurag Khanna 21st Sep, 2020

Hello Aspirant,

See till now the results for NEET 2020 are not declared and before the results any counselling cannot be started. As counselling is done on the basis of your rank secured in NEET 2020 which will only be mentioned in your score card along with your marks obtained. So just wait for the results to be out and the NEET 2020 results are expected to be out by the end of this month or in the starting of October.

Till then you can use NEET College Predictor to predict the colleges based upon your marks calculated using the answer key, category and domicile :-

is there only one exam for all mbbs seats in 2021

S. Saha Student Expert 3rd Aug, 2020
Neet is the only entrance examination conducted in India for admission to all Medical, Dental and Ayush Courses in medical Colleges of India and Abroad. Last year, there were exams like AIIMS MBBS and JIPMER MBBS, for admission to AIIMS and JIPMER medical colleges particularly. But all these have been scrapped and has attached to Neet and Neet is now the only medical entrance examination in India. From this year i.e. 2020, admission to all medical colleges, be it government or Private, or AIIMS or JIPMER, or AFMC, Neet score is needed. And it seems this process will be unchanged in 2021 until any judgement are made on it. If you wish to join medical college, then you've to appear for Neet. The syllabus consists all topics from Class 11 and 12 PCB Group. CBSE has reduced the syllabus from Class 9 to 12 by 30%. But NTA has not yet announced any such notification to reduce the syllabus of Neet. But it seems the syllabus of Jee Main and Neet will also be reduced keeping the core concepts unchanged. The chances are quite high. But until NTA releases any notice, it can't be said properly. Please to hear this from the authority. Until then you can prepare from NCERTs, as these books are recommended by top educators for having clear concept in all topics.

what is your pridiction to got mbbs seats in government college in u.p. for general categories in 2020

Vishwaksen Gouda Student Expert 18th Jul, 2020

hello

The Medical seats in U.P will be based in the NEET entrance exam. the prediction will be tough because it changes very year and also depends upon the.The total sanctioned seat intake, number of applications received by the college for admission ,performance of applicants in the NEET  exam, Category under which admission is sought. and also depends upon the previous year cut off marks.

The expected marks and ranks in the NEET exam to get admission in government college is the you must score between 590 to 650 marks or your rank must below 9000(AIQ) so that you have greater chances in getting govt medical colleges

thank you
