No, you can't pursue an MCA after doing your Bachelor's degree in the Arts/Humanities stream. The eligibility criteria for MCA is that you should have done your Bachelor's with Computer Science as your core paper or hons subject, meaning you should have done BCA. If you haven't done so, you are not eligible to fill even the forms for this stream.
What you can do is pursue your bachelor's again in BCA, this will make you eligible for MCA in a good and reputed institution.
