Yes You can Register for Round 2 as a fresh candidate, Candidates who didn't get chance to register in first round can register for second Round, you can read "Counselling Scheme Brochure" available on official website of MCC for more details, there is no such rules that

Hey,

MEDICAL COUNSELING COMMITTEE is the one who conducts the All India Counseling for admission into different medical colleges all over India. After the counseling process starts the MCC will release it's official website with updated contact details. You should contact there to get your query answered.

I got 637, AIR 6493 NEET 2020,Female,UR,Delhi domicile.I got NSCB Med College Jabalpur in MCC round 1. I am taking admission with upgradation Option. If I get BSA college in Delhi State round 1, I will go to BSA. In that case can I still go to MCC round 2 to see if I get seat in VMMC/LHMC
