M.D.S.
Hi aspirant
hope you are doing absolutely fine
It is too early to start to be honest. You at this moment do not need high level preparation for MDS. but that is good to hear that you want to start from now
Start studying anatomy very carefully, because the upcoming subjects like surgery will be based on it. Try to concentrate on the basics. Under stand the anatomy, muscles, nerves keenly. if you study the basics properly, you wont need much preparation in future. Also DADH is quite important to know as it is also the basics of oral pathology which you are going to deal in your 3rd year.
Give ample time to studies and enjoy your degree days also. Dont take s burden and go with the flow.
ALL THE BEST
hope it helps

Yes, you can do MDS from Army College of Dental Sciences if you satisfy some conditions. Mentioned below are the conditions:
Hi aspirant in the behalf of your rank in NEET i.e. 2800 below are the government colleges in which you can enroll yourself;
Etc.
You can also use the below mentioned link for predicting your college on behalf of your rank;

Thank You.
It is likely uncertain to get a government seat through this rank. Generally, students with 3000 rank also do not end up getting a government seat. They either repeat the exam or end up buying a seat in private college.
The cut off rank for CONSERVATIVE DENTISTRY is around 1500 rank. This gets tougher year by year as the most favourite branch for students is CONSERVATIVE DENTISTRY. I think you may get a private college with the above mentioned rank. You can check out more details here -
