M.Tech Dual Course is an Integrated 5 or 6 years course which depends on college to college and University to university. M.Tech Dual course means first you have to do B.tech for 4 years and then M.Tech from the same college. These are also denoted as integrated courses

 According to last year Cutoff, there is fair chance of you for the selection in Mtech mechanical with the specialization in CAD, The cut off of these are changes every year so you should fill these with other specialzation also.

in my opinion you should take admission in Chandigarh university rather than taking admission in any other collage or wasting you time for one more year and in next year there will be more competition
