Both are good preferences. If you compare both then M tech integrated will save your time and money both so it is a good choice. Doing this in JNTU is also a good choice . At JNTU academics is quite good.

No, University of Hyderabad only has All India quota under which it has 22 seats for its integrated MTech program in Computer Engineering. It even does not have any female supernumerary seats so your home state eligibilty has nothing to so with getting admission in this institute.

If you get admission then you have to pay the fees.
They will give the date on which you have to pay the money.
