Yes you have maximum chances to get admission at JNTUH or OU. However there are chances that you may not even get, as there are only few seats for intake, Because at The time of seat allotment the first preference is given to only GATE rankers. But

             IITs so not conduct spot counseling or something like that. There are limited seats for M. Tech in IITs and it usually fills up by counseling only. IIT Bhubaneswar is a good IIT. You can stick to it.

Few old IIT's have provision of interviews and few of them don't have. IIT Delhi , IIT Bombay , IIT Kanpur take interviews every year (IITB and IITD take direct addmision also for top 50-100 AIR's) but IIT's like IIT Roorkee, IIT Madras , IIT Guwahati don't conduct interviews
