M.E /M.Tech.
Dear aspirant ,
Yes it is possible for you to get good PSU as you have MTECH degree from IIT which is the best achievement for an engineering student . The salary will vary from person to person , as it depends upon what knowledge you have for the job which you will apply for . The package can vary from 5 LAKHS TO 12 and may be upto 18 LAKHS PER ANNUM. PSUs also give you nice increment in salary after like 1 or 2 years.
Hii,i am here to help you according to your query.I guess it depends on the college and Im not sure how this works. What I know is, the final year of BTech and 1st year of MTech are same so I guess you could skip you exams if allowed to and get your Btech degree only. However, there might be the case of paying full fees for the dual degree course. It just depends on your university or college. You have a great opportunity to do mtech, so don't loose that, leads higher salaries and easy promotions for life time. futher you need to persue mba immediately or after getting 2-3yrs. experience.
Hope,this information helpful for you.Goodluck.

There is no specifc number of seats mentioned on the VIT website under Mtech integrated couse column.
The course curriculum is 70% similar to BTech CSE and IT. Good thing about MS SE is it will save you a year when compared to others who pursue a 4+2 years degree to complete PG. The subjects are tailor-made to suit software industry. You will be a perfect fit to pursue a software job once you complete this course. Certain subjects like Design Patterns, Requirements Engineering, Software Testing, Software Architecture and Design etc are some of the subjects that are not offered in BTech CSE/IT but are very much relevant and widely used in the Software Industry. There are some optional subjects (electives( like Management Information Systems, Multimedia etc have huge value when learnt at university level. But there is definitely a certain amount of discrimination in VIT wrt BTech CSE and IT. Not all companies will make MS SE eligible for their recruitment, but the situation is changing now. The current percentage would be 70% of the companies who recruit BTech CSE/IT are recruiting MS SE students as well. I would definitely say that its a good course if you have a IT job on your mind after graduation. Note: A student should not have more than 2 arrears at the time of recruitments in order to be eligible for a job interview. This was the rule in 2017 placements and could have changed later which I am unaware now
Placement record of Amrita Coimatore is quite good. You can easily get 4-5 lpa package easily and if you are really good with good communication skills then you can have higher packages also. The top recruiters for communication and sisnal processing are - Altair, General Motors, Diamler, 3dPLM, ABB, IBM India Ltd., Infosys, HCL tech., Bosch, etc.
Hello Rohit,
Congrats for the rank you have secured. With the rank you have obtained, you might have a chances to get an admission in the Kamla Nehru Institute of Technology, Sultanpur. You also have a chances to get an admission in some of the best colleges based on the rank you have secured through the counselling sessions. You can also use the upsee college predictor tool to know your admission chances at various collleges, www.careers360.com/upsee-college-predictor.
I see that you want to study/persue mtech from governmental colleges, best would be iit. So see , there is a exam which is heldevery year, known as gate exam . Through gate exam if one gets a good rank then he/she is called by the institutes , mainly iit for an interview, then they are admitted. Except these colleges there are other colleges also who take their own entrance exam.
All the best.
Hello,
Sastra college have no cutoff to filter candidates for admission. They have thier own factors thorugh which you have to take an admission. If you want to take an admission in BTech then JEE Main marks will do the work. To get an integrated course your marks should be good enough. If you want to take an admission separately for Mtech then you have to give government exams like Gate to get a PG course admission.
The higher you score the more secure is your admission.
Hope it helps!
