Due to reservation , you can get a seat in ou for mtech but it might not be the desired branch.  There are only certain brances like embedded computing systems that are available at a rank of 25k .

As per previous year cut-off trend of gate for college of engineering,pune With your and category ..there are chances to get Colleges of engineering ,Pune for design engineering..

for top rank NIT YOUR score is pretty low as for general category candidate score need 750+.. but dont loose your hope. you can apply in nit durgapur, nit manipur, nit silchar. but do research about there placement. most of the nits mtech placement in core subjects is not good. and after completing mtech it is really difficult to get a job. hope you get my point.
