Go for IIST
IIST is better than NIT delhi
The goal of IIST is to focus on space science and produce good scientist
If you have a choice between these two,you are a good student surely
Whatever you do seriously,you will be succesful.
You have a better placement opportunities to in IIST
You have quality of teacher plus extra curricular activities.
You have a good life in campus

Nit Trichy VLSI or IIT kharagpur Rf and Microwave. What should I opt for Mtech and why?

Nit trichy and IIT kharagpur are both top institutes
Rf microwave and vlsi both are good subjects to opt
Both have their own pros.If you have good knowledge in analog electronics, digital then go for the VLSI and if you have good knowledge in electromagnetic theory, antenna communication then go for RF microwave.
If we come in the placement scenario both have same placements almost.but reading in IIT has its own fame.

Hello,
Actually, VIT UNIVERSITY Vellore Campus is only thr best option if you want to opt for this course because placement is really good there and i don't think you can get same opportunities from other campuses.So, try for other colleges if you have other options with you.

Hi, it is good or not it depends on the perspective of the individual. Everything is done for the betterment of the human lives.Coming to the point, if you want a job in research industry or teaching industry along with IT sector job or if you want more opportunities to come your way after you complete your studies you can go for btech+mtech integrated course. Just extra 1 year from btech. and you will get dual degree in 5 years instead of 6 . So it is a good option to go for it.
