NAVYA BOINPALLY Student Expert 21st Aug, 2019
Hi

First of all congratulations for getting good rank and for your rank  you may get top colleges to do your graduation but as you got vignan engineering college even this is a good college but has per your rank you may not get this college but no problem do one thing pay fee for this college and hold it and attend second couselling this time put more college based on your rank all top Colleges as per your rank and caste if you got good college in second phase then put a trasfer of your money which you have paid in first allotment to your second couselling seat so by this way your first seat will not lost and also you will have one more option either first seat or second
Hope this information is helpful
