With this score you can't secure seats in NITs or in IITs .You need at least 600 score for IITs or NITs.You may get government engineering college for Mtech program with this score To know which colleges you may get visit below mention link:

As per your score and previous year cutoff, the colleges you get in first round are:-

  • IIT Hyderabad  Biomedical Engineering
  • IIT Hyderabad Biotechnology
  • IIT Kharagpur Agricultural Biotechnology

M.Tech admission is for the post graduation degree which is pursued after completing the under graduation in engineering.

Based on the eligibility, the candidates will be allowed to be a part of M.Tech courses.

Surely you can pursue your mtech in disaster management after completing btech in mechanical engineering. for pursuing mtech in this course a candidate must have 

B.E/ B.Tech. in (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent, B.Arch. & B.Planning)
