Hey Aspirant, no IIt accept application form of candidates with CGPA less than 8.0 for general candidates and OBC candidates and 6.25 for SC/ST candidates.

You can't get into any IITs if you don't have 8.0 CGPA or above in your qualifying exam that is B.tech.

Hey there buddy, the fee structure for M.tech Varies with NITs, but its mostly 45000- 50000 rupees a year (annual tuition fee), for instance in NIT trichy , its 44600 rupees and in Goa it is like 50175 rupees, agartala its 50900, so yeah it depends, good luck
