M.Tech can be pursued from so many branches from different fields. You have not mentioned the  B. Tech degree of yours.

Please  mention from which branch did u get your B. Tech degree

Following are the good branches

1. Thermal 

2. Design

3. VSLI

4. Structural

Hey aspirant, IITs accept application form for M.tech of any general category candidate only if they have secure above 8.0 CGPA in their qualifying exam.

For SC/ST candidate above 6.25 CGPA is also acceptable.

If you are a general category candidate then you are not eligible for admission in M.tech

You can pursue M.Tech Information Security after completing your B.E in Cse Course. There is no issue as B.E is almost equivalent to B.tech. Pursue M.tech only if you want to study the subjects in depth and research on it.
