See the marks u have scored is not enough for ur to get admissioned in the good college like NITs and IITs for pursuing ur higher studies in the field of ur interest. U can apply for other state colleges and private institutions for ur admissions.

For getting admission in vit, only 70% marks are required so yes you can easily get into it. Moreover if you have given viteee with good rank you will have an edge over other students but still your 12 marks are very good so you can get admission

You have not qualify the cutoff marks in gate civil engineering. 

The cutoff goes to 28.2 for general category, 25.8 for OBC(NCL) category and 18.8 for SC/ST category.

You can take admission in private university with this marks.

NIT Warangal has taken up a programme in Materials and System Engineering Design in collaboration with Nonferrous Materials Technology Development Centre (NFTDC).  For  placements perspective it’s waste, only few people will absorbed in NFTDC after 1 year internship. That too not with good package, it will be around

You can apply to state universities but chances are very low .Its better to prepare again for GATE so that you can score much more and get good colleges like IITs/NITs/IIITs /GFTIs.

Even if you do mtech from private colleges/other random college you will get no scope further.
