Yes,You are elligible for GATE EXAM...You can appear in gate examination..No there will be no problem in getting admission in MBA course...Some top INSTITUTE may consider this as flaws during interview for admission in MTECH otherwise there will be no problem in getting admission...

It is mandatory for you to fill the Abdul Kalam Technical University M.Tech admission form to get admission and you cannot expect to get direct admission in AKTU directly as per rules of the university.

Hello aspirant ,  with 39 marks out of 100 in Karnataka PGCET , you should expect rank around 15000. It is quite difficult to get a rank above 15000. This is only an estimate , it varies according to difficulty level of paper  as well.

Kindly mention your stream with which you want pursue MTECH course.As for each stream separate examination held and cuttoff and rank for IIT MADRAS is different for each stream.. Generally for core stream you need rank under 500 for IIT MADRAS for such rank you need to score 70+ in gate...

IIIT Hyderabad PGEE-Test in April end, interview in June

IIIT Delhi- Test and interview in first week of June, after shortlisting on the basis of BTech percentage

IIIT Bhubaneswar- Test in May end

BITS Pilani HD -Test in May

BIT Mesra- Test in July

Delhi University (electronics only) -Test and interview/GD in mid June

JNU - Test in December

IPUCET, Delhi- Test in May

Jamia Millia islamia, Delhi - Test in June beginning

Other options include- IIITM Kerala, NIST Odisha, NITTTR, NICMAR

State level exams include- CUCET(for various states),TANCET(Tamil Nadu),PGCET( Karnataka), APPGECET (A.P.)

Private college exams include- VITMEE, SRMGEET, UPES,DAIICT,COEP ,KIITEE

HBTU, Kanpur and NSIT, Delhi also admit non gate students against vacant seats

Institutes like NIT Raipur and NIT Jammu also admitted non gate students recently after spot round of CCMT. You can keep a check.

You can also take sponsored seats at IITs/NITs and other institutes without gate if you have some work experience

Teachers can apply for MTech under the quality improvement program
