Hi Rahma , No you Can not take admission in this college without entrance test. You should have to clear entrance test conducted by this college. Interview is also conducted after clearing an entrance test.

In order to get admission in NITs, IITs, You need to appear GATE Entrance Exam, Mostly M.Tech admissions is on the basis of GATE, Some institutes may also conduct their own entrance test or interview.
