There is no M.Tech at BITS Pilani. The degree given is M.E. and it is given in

• Microelectronics(Pilani,Goa,Hyderabad)
• Embedded Systems(Pilani, Goa)
• Communication Engineering(Pilani, Hyderabad)

All three are great courses with nice placement. It all depends on your interest.
