Yes, there are Chances of Getting admit into OU, You can give it a try. 

IIT Guwahati is difficult with this score sir.

As you have not mentioned the caste,I will consider you as general . According to previous years cutoffs anything between 450-700 will get you to the IIT Kharagpur.So, prepare well for the Gate,if not given.It's a prestigious college where you have the opportunity to only excel .
