Predciting the ranks are quite difficult since there is a change in the cutoff scenario every year.The cutoffs are yet to be released.Based upon the marks that you have scored you can expect a rank in between 7000- 10,000.This is based upon the ranks alloted last year.This year it may change based upon the cutoffs released.

• GATE Score Card.
• TS PGECET 2019 Rank Card.
• TS PGECET 2019 Hall Ticket.
• Degree Certificate & Marks Memo.
• SSC Marks Memo.
• Study certificates from 10th class to Graduation.
• Residence Certificate for preceding seven years of the qualifying examination for candidates who have completed their graduation through private study without any institutionalized education
• Integrated community certificate issued by the competent authority in case of BC/SC/ST candidates.
• Residence Certificate of father or mother for 10 years in Telangana/A.P. excluding the period of their employment outside Telangana/A.P. from M.R.O. in the case of candidates who studied outside the state of Telangana/AP.
• Transfer Certificate.
• Income Certificate issued by MRO after Jan 1, 2019.
• Residence certificate from MRO for 10 years of either parent for non-locals.
• Aadhaar Card.
• Minorities – Degree TC contains minority status.
• Income certificate issued by MRO after 01-01-2019 will only be considered

tou can go either exam of tspgecet or appgecet. or you can appear in both. you can also apply for reputed college along with your gate score. try to make sure that the colleges you are going to take admission has good placement record and experienced faculty.

About your query regarding branch upgradation to Computer Science, well you can pursue computer science in Mtech through GATE Only if you have given the GATE exam for CS and IT. Otherwise, you can't. That's a minimum requirement.
