The fee structure for iiit Delhi is that for entire m tech program it is 3.5 lakhs(ECE or CSE). For mtech (CB) Program it is 2.8lakhs.

For doing PG in IIT Madras please note that you have to take GATE exam in the year you are in your last semester and the second imporatant requirement is ( if you are studying in an IIT) that you are Graduation from IIT with 8.0 CGPA.
