For getting admission in IITH
You need to apply with gate score. After that they shortlist the students and call for further written test/interview. It depends on them. After whole process they admit the students. You can check the whole process of selection in the article.

Chances are very less as this time question was bit easy this time and many are getting above 60.
But do not loose hope, if your only aim to join PSU's or doing Mtech from IIT's or top NIT's then drop one more Year and start working hard

If you are getting 49 marks in SC category then Converting into General marks it will be somewhat 74 or 75. This General marks has nothing to do with your selection.
But, yes you can get most of the IIT's and if given chance please go for IITB
