so having ample time to prepare for the interview and test. candidates are made aware in the same communication that there would be a 30 minute, 10 questions written test followed by an interview if shortlisted. CSA department at IISc has primarily 3 specializations : • Theoretical Computer :: Algorithmic Algebra, Algorithms, Data Structures and Algorithms, etc. • Computer Systems and Software :: Computer Architecture, Distributed Computing, High Performance Computing, Operating Systems,Power-Aware and Real-Time Software etc. • Intelligent Systems :: Data Mining, Machine Learning, Pattern recognition etc.
The questions woukd be genrally about:
1. a simple C code output
2. question based on Bayes Theorem
3. question based on logical inference and set theory
4. longest path problem and it being NP Hard
5. question in probability
6. question based on a graph theory and graph algorithm
In the question paper itself rough work area below each question is provided. Try to provide the solution of your answer neatly in that area for each question as well. This might help the interviewers to know your level of understanding.
The results of the test was quickly announced within 1 hour.shortlisted students will be scheduled for interview with professors in the panel.

It will be difficult to point out the exact cut off but according to the information available regarding the previous year cut off we can know a range in which the cut off will be. The cut off for each year varies according to the number of candidates, difficulty level, category . Here I have listed out the cut off for SC category corresponding to each year:
1)2019-5791
2)2018-5119
3)2017-4966

As per my knowledge in a dual degree if you leave after mtech you can definitely avail a degree in mtech .
Again if you want to take up PhD you need to look for another college .

see generally the centralized admission is done based on gate score. however till not any of the notifications available of starting date of admission process. Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra will conduct the admission of Maharashtra M.Tech 2020. Candidates need to apply in online mode for Maharashtra M.Tech admission 2020. however I would suggest you to keep an eye on the official declarations and also follow careers360 website to know about the latest notifications.
U Can get govt collages other than CEG [if u r reserved category under tn govt.] Last time Normalised mark was calculated i.e for 9[actual mark] - Normalised score was 45.xx.Only difference is this time Anna University has introduced percentile score.That's it 22[actual score] is a Better score for TANCA.

Yes the cut off is in the terms of percentile and score both so don't need to worry about it.
Since your percentile is 94.7 you can definitely get some of the good colleges. Congratulations.
