You have to appear in mains exam for take admission in IIITDM Jabalpur.

According to the previous year cut off your rank should be less than 20k to take admission in this college.

It is hard to say that you can get an IIT or not, as it depends on your AIR. If you have an AIR less than 600, then there is a chance you might get into IIT. 

The GATE marks that you score in that three hour exam.
