If i had qualified gate and got admitted in AMU for mtech program will i be given stipend as per aicte?

Hi

Yes definitely you will get GATE scholarship. According to the guidelines of AICTE students who are GATE qualified and are pursuing M. Tech are eligiable for stipend. 

AICTE will provide you monthly 12400/- for two years. Make sure your attendance is above 75 % every month.

As per the information given from manipal university .
The curriculum covers the study of embedded systems design, physics of transistors and advance network analysis, amoung other subjects .to provide better learning process ,students are exposed to seminars ,soft skills development, project work, research and development, lab assignments.

Below are the cutoffs for mechanical engineering

Thermal engineering- OC boys(14901),OC girls(12203), SC(34617),BC-A(14461),BC-B(10015),BC-D(15754),BC-E(157S4).

Advanced manufacturing system- OC girls(56), ST girls(1522).

Engineering design- BC-A boys(62),BC-E boys(111).

Energy Systems- OC boys(5304, SC boys(18892), SC girls(18892), SC girls(13180), ST boys(15525), BC-A BOYS(10871), BC-B BOYS(8107), BC-D BOYS(5142), BC-E BOYS(6115).

AP pgecet is the annual entrance examination conducted by the andhara government for the m.tech admissions in the participating colleges in the state.for that,you no need to give and qualify through gate.you can directly give this exam for m.tech courses.

According to your marks you should be eligible for PSU and will be offered an interview chance. It will also depend on the post that you are applying for and the companies that you want to join. Also keep a track of other eligibility criteria of the PSUs

Each and every department in NIT silchar  have good placements since past years but CSE department of NIITS has 100% placements records last year's with average of 6 lacs per annum and this year two candidates offered 22lacs per annum by GOLDMAN SACHS.

As you have a medium gate good score with your rank and score in gate and as you have reservation of OBC so we can't expect a good IIT ,but we can expect  a good NIT  .so you can hope many exams which are suitable for gate .
