You didn’t mention in which year of engineering you are.

For doing MTech. from IIT's, you need to clear GATE examination. Student of final and graduated students are eligible to appear in GATE exam. Forms for GATE exam usually come in month of September.

After appearing in GATE exam, results are released in 45-50 days, on basis of GATE score you can fill form for various IIT’s, and then IIT’s like IIT-Delhi provide admission on basis of GATE score only, and some further takes interview for selection in MTech.
