I am pursuing Btech from tool engineering in which branch in gate I can apply for Mtech ?

 You should go with Mechanical Engineering for GATE because Tool Engineering is a branch of a Mechanical Engineering. Yes, You are eligible to apply for M.Tech QROR at ISI Kolkata. ISI Kolkata is offering this program in two streams.

     1.statistics stream and 2. Engineering streams.

you can apply through Engineering stream where the eligibility is having a B.E/B.Tech Degree.

First of all you need to have 50% marks in Graduation.And other eligibility requires passing 10+2+AMIE or 10+3 years diploma(awarded by the State Board of Technical Education) + AMIE .

But in general, to get into IITs, the normal cutoff is around 650-700 GATE score (could be a bit higher too sometimes). To get such a score, you may have to have atleast 55-60 out of 100.

Mtech generally requires GATe scores across IIT and NIT.
