Yes, you can apply for M.Sc./ M.Tech Courses from IARI after B.Sc.(Hons.) Botany. It conducts an entrance exam for admission to its various courses and programmes.

Chmaces ar egood enough but what will mafter is CAT Percentile.
Generally scores above 85 to 90 percentile do receive calls an dcutoff is generally at 99.6 percentile for top3 IIMs. It also depends on how you perdorm in GDPi and how much is your work experience.

as per the previous cut off the PGCET of SJCE the general cut off for Mtech in computer science is 2600 while you are quite near side of the rank while if you have any reservation you could definately get it while data science cut is not recorded

yes you can change your stream ..
its depend on the college . there are colleges whose fee structure is around 1lkh per annum and there are colleges whose fee structure is more than 2 lkh or 3lkh.

You can apply for GATE CSE. But I would recommend you to go for M.tech(ECE) because few IITs prefers M.tech students who has done B.tech in same branch. Secondly, it will be comfortable for you too because you will face difficulty in syllabus while prepararing for GATE CSE. It quite different from ECE.
