You need to complete Mtech first and then go for MBa entrance exam at majority of colleges to pursue MBa.
You cannot simultaneously pursue MBa as your marksheets will be locked with institute from where you have been pursuing MBA.

Yes you can apply for faculty in chem engg in any college and you can a good one as now the new rule for faculty is to be PhD, son't know from when government is applying for that but its coming soon. So good luck.
