If you have not been awarded a seat in CCMT counseling then you need not to report to the Reporting Centre.You can go to the Reporting Centre only if you have been awarded a seat.
Dear Aspirant,
If you have not reported to the Reporting Centre after the second round of seats allotment then you won't be awarded a seat in the 3rd round.

You can do Mtech from top institutes.
You have to qualify gate exam to take admission in NITs or IITs.
There are lots of good colleges like: IIT mumbai, IIT madras, IIT kgp etc.
