If you are interested in software part there are very less courses available for electrical engineering student for their post graduation. But you can opt for VLSI design part which has the use of various softwares to make Integrated Circuits. These feild has good job opportunities. You can also try to learn some softwares like MATLAB, Autocad etc.
Since EEE branch ones will find it easy than EE students to get familiar with VLSI.

congrats for clearing the cutoff. with this score, you can get into IIT's or NIT's or some tier 1 colleges across India. You might get calls from IIT Delhi, IIT Madras, IISc. But it all depends on your branch that you wanna opt for your PG course.

If you are having First class or 60% marks (55% marks for SC/ST) in Bachelor's degree ( B.E. / B.Tech. or equivalent) are eligible. Onewith degree in Aeronautical or Aerospace and valid GATE score in any discipline are are eligible for admission to any of the four specializations
Even if you have degree in other branches of Engineering (i.e. Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Electronics, EC, Instrumentation or allied branches) are eligible for admission to specific specializations of Aerospace Engineering, if you have valid GATE score in respective disciplines.
