here i would like to tell you that in general ,it is not advisable to change the subject in Mtech.if your interest is in that particular branch then you can write pgcet exam.you have to clear pgcet Exam with good score

General cutoff for M.E in Gate 2019 was 22.7 for sc category while in 2018 it was 23.1 for sc category.
