Considering M.Tech , M.S.Ramaiah University of Applied Science is a much better option when compared with M.S Ramaiah Institute of Technology. With experienced teaching faculty, learning exposure and good placements record it would be an overall good option.

Institute like Amrita vishwa vidyapeetam offers Mtech (data science) under pgcet.
Indian institute of science Bangalore also offers this course but it has its own entrance.
Hello, you have applied for M tech in IIT Dhanbad and IIT Guwahati for the admission in environmental engineering there is no basic syllabus for interview it is your or knowledge test based interview in which you have the basic and conceptual knowledge of all the subject you have studied

I DONT THINK YOU'LL BE ABLE TO GET ALL THE COURSES IN IIT GUWAHATI EVEN WITH OBC CATEGORY, YOU MIGHT ONLY GET 1-2 COURSES UNDER "ME" ONLY.
