Of course VIT University has M.Tech course but,VIT university doesn't provide M.Tech after the completion of 12th standard.After 12th standard you need to complete your B.Tech then you can join in M.Tech.
For applying admission in VIT University in B.Tech you need to appear VITEEE 2018 exam.
