For Mtech a science background is required. Though the criteria varies in all colleges slightly but in some colleges even Msc candidates are eligible.
A BBM student is not eligible for Mtech course.

You can appear in GATE entrance exam and there are institutes like IITs and NITs offering M.Tech in Aerospace Engineering.

The best institute you can go for M.Tech in Aerospace Engineering is IIST .

You can appear in GATE for admission to M.Tech programme for Aerospace engineering.

All you need to do is to appear in GATE, look for eligibility in different institutions because not all institutions give M.Tech admission in Aerospace engineering as their eligibility criteria varies.
