Yes bro, PG hostel facility is available in the campus. I feel it is on shared accomodation basis for a very nominal fee.

A back during b.tech is not likely to affect your placements at the M.tech level and that too at such reputed institutions like the IITs, NITs etc. You should have got a good GATE score to have got admission into these colleges for M.tech which outweighs your back factor.

JNTU Kakinada - Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University is a better option for M.Tech.

The placements are very good as it is the top engineering institution compared to other colleges you mentioned. Many MNC companies visit the campus for getting students hired. Nearly 95% of the students get placed
