you can use the rank predictor for the same and know about the colleges,though you have scored 23219 rank in MHTCET so there are fairly less chances for getting in 1st or 2nd round but after 2nd round there are more chances to get good colleges

but in the year 2016-17, 78 got placed in mechanical streams.
