you can try it out college predictor which help you to find a suitable college.
a better option will be to opt private college.

If you are interested in automobiles,design field, production,field work etc I would prefer you to go with mechanical especially in MS Ramaiah since it is autonomous where you are provided with latest updates on the subjects

So this is not possible if you want to readmission then you have to study from 1st yr
