What should be my rank if I get 160 or 180 in jee mains 2019???? Can I get in MNNIT allahabad mechanical branch with 180 marks in 2019 ????

See your rank solely depends on the number of applicants, the difficulty level and the cutoff score so it's useless to predict it now. As per 2017 counselling the opening and closing ranks for mnnit allahbad were 3520 and 8022 respectively. These ranks are usually given to people with 200+/-

In jee advance 200+ is a good score or not for a candidate category obc to achieve a good branch in iit ?

It's a decent score. Considering your category, most probably you will get a seat of your choice in IIT.

Get into diploma if you have made your decision already

But I suggest you to go for class 11 and 12 and then by giving Jee main get into best colleges in India to get a degree in mechanical engineering

its a Semi govt institution.
ranks are ...
electrical:- 5485-17180 rank.. on gen category.
cse :- 2166-10208 rank ... on gen category.
on my knowledge there is no civil and mechanical in rcc.

SEE, it completely depends on the category you belong to. If you are a general category candidate, then sorry to say but NO, you won't get it. Rest it depends on your category.
